Do you guarantee we will win tenders?
No. We promise compliance review and opportunity visibility only. Contract awards depend on pricing, competition, and evaluator scoring — never on our fees.
Which tender portals do you monitor?
Alberta Purchasing Connection, MERX, BidCentral/ConstructConnect, Biddingo, plus direct postings on calgary.ca, edmonton.ca, and individual municipal sites.
What trades do you work with?
Snow removal, civil/underground, electrical, mechanical/HVAC, paving, and roofing. We limit early clients to two trades so filtering stays accurate.
What is COR and do I need it?
Certificate of Recognition is an Alberta occupational health and safety audit, often mandatory on municipal construction bids over ~$100k. It takes 3–6 months through ACSA — we flag gaps and refer to certified consultants.
How much does monitoring cost?
Monitor retainer is $950/month. Monitor+ at $1,600/month adds quarterly re-audits and pre-qualification application handling. Bid-readiness audits start at $1,500 launch pricing.
Do you charge success fees?
Never. Flat fees only, invoiced upfront. No percentage of contract value.
What is the difference between mandatory and evaluated criteria?
Mandatory items are pass/fail — miss one and your bid is disqualified before pricing is read. Evaluated criteria are weighted and scored. This distinction is core to our audit work.
How fast is the weekly digest delivered?
Every Monday at 8:00 AM, filtered to your trade, capacity, and geography, with a go/no-go note on each match.

How is NorthCited different from TenderBridge or Innova Essential?
TenderBridge sells national tender alert subscriptions (listed around $49.99/month). Innova Essential (innovaessential.ca) offers RFP writing in Alberta. Neither product is a municipal compliance audit. NorthCited starts with a bid-readiness audit (WCB, COR, bonding, insurance, vendor portals), then monitors Alberta portals with go/no-go notes. Per-bid RFP packaging is quoted separately.
Where are municipal tenders posted in Alberta?
Alberta Purchasing Connection (purchasingconnection.ca), City of Calgary (Doing Business with The City), City of Edmonton Supply Management, other municipal sites, MERX, Biddingo, and BidCentral. There is no single free feed that covers all of them.
